Lisette conects with our customers in Latin America, Spain, and Portugal. Having worked in the refining industry for over 24 years, she has seen her share of interesting challenges, particularly when it comes to adapting to customers from diverse regions and cultures. Here at Crystaphase, she enjoys the relationships she gets to build with her customers. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business admninistration with a specialization in marketing from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas, Venezuela, and she is fluent in Spanish and English, plus a little Portuguese. She feels at home on tennis courts and beaches around the world.
