Arbie speaks of working with customers the way a master gardener might speak of working with plants. Always seeking to avoid problems before they manifest, she cultivates environments where business relationships thrive. With a business degree from the University of Houston Downtown and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of St. Thomas, Arbie is well equipped to take care of our customers, even beyond what’s necessary.

Arbie’s drive to connect with diverse people takes her exploring around the world, while her desire to help others keeps her volunteering here at home. Never to shy away from a challenging environment, she is motivated by working with people who share the goal of making something better.
